Join us on August 19th at 6:30PM for Recreating Jurassic Park: De-extinction, Rewilding, and Restoration at the Queens Landing Boathouse & Environmental Center!

This event is designed as a discussion (or debate) inspired by our screening of Jurassic Park on Saturday, August 22. We'll discuss recent attempts to recreate extinct species through different means, like cloning ancient DNA, gene editing, and back breeding. We'll also talk about larger scale habitat and ecosystem restoration projects and the challenges of attempting to return to a "lost" world.
