Join us on August 12th at 6:00PM for Turmeric Sun Print Workshop at the Queens Landing Boathouse & Environmental Center!

This workshop will use the amazing properties of turmeric which naturally breaks down and bleaches when exposed to UV light. This method doesn't use harmful chemicals, but instead uses an amazing plant!

The process for turmeric sun printing will be taught to make at home as this is an hours long process! We will also have some cyanotype paper that we will use to print in real-time together, as this process only takes around 20 minutes.

All materials will be provided, wear clothes you don't mind getting turmeric on.
