On JULY 8 + 9, INSITU activates and transforms the Western Queens waterfront into one big stage from 12 - 7 PM daily!
Taking place at four LIC waterfront parks, INSITU Site-Specific Dance Festival is a unique two-day dance festival, featuring a diverse program of unique site-specific dance works by 24 distinguished and emerging NYC-based choreographers. Inspired by natural and urban landscapes, the thrilling line-up will maneuver through playgrounds, appear in hidden corners and dance on piers, staircases and shorelines.
The performances are taking place at various sites in Hunters Point South Park, Gantry Plaza State Park, Queensbridge Park and Socrates Sculpture Park.
