LIC Bulbfest returns to the waterfront on October 20. For the 5th year in a row we will be planting Daffodil and Tulip Bulbs throughout both Gantry Plaza State Park and Hunters Point South Park. We have already planted over 22,000 bulbs the previous three years and this year we have thousands mor to plant. Such favorites as Yellow Narcissus King Alfred Daffodils and Apeldoorn Tulips will be featured in the Bulbfest.  

Bulbfest is also an official It's My Park Day event so come out and join us for the fun. All ages are welcome!

We will meet at 11:00 AM by the train tracks in Hunters Point South Park and the event will go until 1:00 PM, or until all the bulbs are planted. To add to the festivities we will have other activities, including a face painter and light refreshments.
