6th Annual LIC Bulbfest

On Saturday, October 31st, Hunters Point Parks Conservancy will host the 6th Annual LIC Bulbfest.

On this day we will plant over 12,000 bulbs in Gantry Plaza State Park and Hunters Point South Park which will bloom and beautify our parks in the spring. For this year, we will be doing timed check-in with small groups to ensure we are able to provide a safe and healthy environment for all volunteers. Please register for a specific time and arrive at that time. SIGN UP HERE.

Check in will be at the Hunters Point South Park entrance at Center Blvd. & 51st Ave. We will provide all necessary tools and instructions on how to plant bulbs - all experience levels welcome!

Bulbfest falls on Halloween this year, so we encourage you to come in a 'planting appropriate' costume that you don't mind getting dirty. Best Bulbfest costume will win a prize!
