Workshop: Plants, Patterns, & Math with Queens Botanical Garden

This event is hosted by the Hunters Point Library Environmental Center.

In this workshop, we’ll explore several geometric patterns that exist in plants, explore the math behind the formation of one of those patterns, and create an art project by applying that pattern. Of what you can gather, please prepare the following supplies: leaves, several sheets of paper, crayons and paint, water, paintbrush, writing tools, a ruler, and scissors (optional).
