HPPC & Snapology Present: Animal Explorers

Join HPPC & Snapology LIC for a children’s LEGO STEAM adventure! On Thursday, March 11 at 2:30pm we present Animal Explorers!

Event Description: The animals living in our backyards or in our towns are very different from the animals in other parts of the world. While some animals have adapted to live in freezing temperatures, others have adapted to live in extremely hot and dry environments. In Snapology’s Animal Explorers class, students will learn where animals live and why an animal’s habitat is important for survival. Through stories, games, and building animals with LEGO Bricks your little learner will be busy exploring biomes of the world!

**This program is meant for children ages 4-10. Children under 4 are welcome, but should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All programs use loose LEGO bricks (approximately a 1/2 gallon, or one Ziploc bag worth) - or can be done with pencil & paper**

This program is part of a series of events hosted by Hunters Point Parks Conservancy & Snapology
